Sweet openQCM Tasting Water Sucrose Solutions

Figure 1 openQCM frequency behaviour caused by successive injections of water and sucrose at different weight percentage 7.5%, 15% and 30%. The measurement chamber is washed with pure water before each injection. The corresponding frequency shift is measured in static liquid at the equilibrium.

I’d like to share openQCM Quartz Crystal Microbalance frequency behaviour in contact with water solutions at different weight percent of sucrose.
