Optimization of Electrospray Deposition Conditions of ZnO Thin Films for Ammonia Sensing
Abstract
Electrospray deposition conditions for ZnO thin films were optimized for room-temperature ammonia sensing. Gravimetric response was monitored with a quartz crystal microbalance using a QCM Arduino Shield and resonators supplied by Novaetech (Italy).
