Low-Cost Quartz Crystal Microbalance System Platform Designed for Chemical Nanoparticle
Summary
Thesis on a low-cost QCM platform built around an Arduino Mega2560, with an oscillator and differential-frequency shield, real-time frequency acquisition and data storage. The system was calibrated by evaporating anhydrous ethanol to check the Sauerbrey relation, then used to follow the photocatalytic degradation of rhodamine B and methyl orange on nanocrystalline TiO2.
