pyQCM-BraTaDio: A tool for visualization, data mining, and modelling of Quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation data
Summary
pyQCM-BraTaDio is a Python program for viewing, mining and modelling QCM-D data. A Tkinter window collects the file, baseline time and overtones, the data are cleaned and shifted with Pandas and NumPy, and interactive Matplotlib plots let the user pick ranges and fit models such as Sauerbrey or thin films in liquid, replacing slow spreadsheet work.
