Two sizes, many windows.
The sensor module is engineered to accommodate quartz sensors of two distinct sizes — 14 mm and 25.4 mm (1 inch) — with varying fundamental frequencies, enhancing its versatility across applications.
It supports both a microfluidic window with tubing interfaces and an open window: the former allows fluidic connections, the latter facilitates direct pipetting of samples onto the sensor surface — expanding the scope of potential experimental setups.
Contact & temperature, built in.
The sensor module features built-in electronics that maintain electrical connectivity with the sensitive elements using pogo-pins. It also incorporates an I²C temperature sensor with a maximum resolution as precise as 0.0625 °C. A magnetic counteraction lever provides fine o-ring pressure regulation.
